The Breast Cancer Site - save $5/$25

On April 12, 2010 one of my best friends, Angel was diagnosed with Breast Cancer.  Since that day I have wondered what I can do to fight this fight with her and help to bring awareness to others about breast cancer. One idea we recently had and we were pretty successful with was the Pink Lemonade Stand.  Another way to help raise money and to help fund mammograms is through the Breast Cancer Site.

I am a fan on Facebook for the Breast Cancer Site and today I received a code to save $5 off any purchase of $25 or more at their store when you enter FIVE at checkout.  This code expires on 7/12.  They have so many cute items to choose from here.

Please feel free to read about Angel's story - her wish is that her story will be an inspiration to other women and to start mammography screening early!!

There are many, many other ways you can help out with raising money and awareness to breast cancer.  I'll continue to post about this over the next few weeks.  It's so important to be screened early!!!!

Sorry that I haven't been posting many deals in the last couple of days but I've been pretty busy lately. 

Today is the day of the Pink Lemonade Stand and pink cupcakes to raise money for one of my best friends that is fighting breast cancer.  I've been helping to prepare with last minute details and making cupcakes!!  Yummy!!! 

The team is participating  in the Making Strides walk on Oct 9th and we are so excited to do this and help raise money towards the fight of breast cancer!!
